We took a trip to the Omaha Children's Museum last weekend. Wow, what a neat place. They change the theme of the 2nd floor 4 times a year. It was a construction theme this quarter. We were there for about 4 hours and still were not able to do everything. The kids for sure want to go back soon!
Here are the kids trying on their hard hats.
They had this really neat wall of tubes that had fans that blew air through the tubes. The kids were able to stick scarves in the yellow boxes, the scarves would fly through the tubes and shoot out the top. Then they would have to run th catch them! They spent a lot of time doing this. It was fun to watch them get to excited about watching them shoot out the top of the tubes.
I know... Kylee and a light switch.... Unheard of! Well, at least here, they are meant to be played with!
They had a big water table for the kids to splash around with. Kylee was a little more wet the Coop, by the time they were finished.
Balancing a ball in the air with wind.
This was a swing you could sit in and try to pull yourself up the rope.
Kylee's turn!
Coop and I getting ready to launch the balls. See them loaded below.
Balls falling on Kylee!!
The kids thought it would be funny to make them fall on mommy...!!
