Playset.... 95% done... and pic's to proove it!!

Jason and I worked on the play set a few weekends ago shortly after Kylee's birthday and were able to get almost all of it put together!  All we have left is the roof, and monkey bars...  So I decided to get a few first pic's of them on the play set.  It has been nice for them to have a safe place to play and has also help attract a few neighborhood friends for the kids too.

Kylee got the first ride down the slide...

And the first climb up the rock wall (I know Kylee... and climbing)!!

Kylee playing peek-a-boo....

Coop and Kylee sitting  at the picnic table, not going to fit both of them for too long!

Coop testing out the rock wall...

and the slide....

It held up to the kids great, always a good test I guess...  Since these pics we have added some sand into the sandbox and the kids have been working on pumping their legs on the swing.  Thanks Grandma Sally for such a thoughtful gift.  They are enjoying it!!

My "Pretties"

Kylee and her pretties...!  She sure does love to play dress up!!  She asked that I take a picture of her in all her jewelry... Thanks Grandma Wendy for all the jewelry!!

Smiling big with her shoes, skirt, jewelery and hair brush.

Showing off here bracelets...

She was making me show her each picture afterward and the last one showing bracelets was not good enough... this one is "more better"

Pretty necklaces!!

Pretty purple ring...

And lastly the hair brush!!
Super fun watching her grow into such a fun loving little girl!  Happy that at least for now she is a girlie-girl!

He Shoots... He Scores!!!

Today Coop had his first soccer game!  He is playing for Waverly Rec, and is in the maroon shirt.  He is on the Kindergarten/First grade team.  He did great and his team won 4 to 0.  Coop was awesome enough to score one of those 4 goals!  We were SO proud of him and he had such a big smile if you can imagine a 5 year old boy scoring his first goal ever!

He is practicing here.  The team practices before each game.  His coach is on the right corner of this picture.

This is the Maroon team huddled. We think there are two other team members that were not able to make it to the first game.

This picture makes me laugh... Both teams seem to be in sync on keeping up with the ball!

Coop's the farthest right.  This is his "defending" position!

Sweet picture of Coop handling that ball and blocking the defender behind him.  (These are his words when looking at this picture!)

All the boys scrambling for that ball!

Cute lil' bugger!  I have big dreams for this kiddo!

Defending position again!

Look at him go!!  He's a natural!!!

He shoots.... OH yeah... He Scores!!!  I wish I had the shot of it in the goal... I was SO excited that the camera was the last thing on my mind.  He came right off the field I high five'd with a big smile.  So proud and melted my heart!!

Just after shaking hands.... They won their first game.  5 more games to go.  Small world one of the boys on Coop's team he knew from Young Voices.  YV was the wonderful daycare we went to before Faith Lutheran.  His name is Landon.  He will be starting Kindergarten this year too.  He lives in Waverly, so it's nice to know he already has a friend in town.
I will try and to get the schedule out to all of you so that you can see if any games work for you.  They are the next 5 Saturday mornings, except Easter weekend.

Had a FUN FUN day.  Take care everyone!

It's My Party!!

It's a party!!  We had Kylee's birthday party the day before her real birthday.  She chose princess theme originally but then decided she also liked Dora.  So I bought one Dora tablecloth or make sure she has her birthday wish met.  The party started around noon and we decided to have pizza!!

Loving her balloon's!  So BIG!

Grandma made an awesome cake!  Tinkerbell angel food with strawberry frosting!

A sneak taste of the frosting!

Thank goodness grandma Sally made cupcakes too!  It was necessary to eat one right away!

Grandpa "Early" playing balloons with Kylee.

Grandpa Early taking her bucket of candy.  She has such a shocked look on her face.

Making sure to let grandpa know that candy is hers.  Side note, Coop is preparing to take Colin out!

Kylee testing out her new Dora ball...!

Stepping on mommy's feet...  Just love her baby blues and smile!

Opening her "mail box" she says...

Thanks for the art set Aunt Katie!  (The watercolors are pretty worn out, that was her favorite part of the kit.)

Getting ready to sing Happy Birthday!

Showing us how many three is on her fingers.

Blowing out the candles.

Playing with window clings... Thanks Aunt Sara!

Kylee making hand prints with her new water colors.

Kylee in her new Dora dress, thanks Grandma and Grandpa!  It looks like she is doing a cartwheel... But in reality it was a quick jump and fall to the ground.

Such a pretty young lady!

Playing with her new water table, in the house....  She played with it really nice and loves it!  Thanks grandma Sally.

It was a wonderful party and we are so very lucky all of our family could make it!  We hope to see you all again soon.  I will post random pics for the party on the next album.  Wanted to make this one all about bean.  Take care!!
